Please ensure that you inspect your vehicle carefully - inside and out - immediately and in the presence of your delivery driver. If you are not happy with the condition of the vehicle, please ensure that the delivery driver has made a record of your concerns and alert your Leasing Options Account Manager as soon as possible.

LEASING OPTIONS AND OUR SUPPLIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT IS IDENTIFIED POST-DELIVERY.

Please note that the driver is employed by our delivery partner and therefore cannot make any guarantees on behalf of Leasing Options. Once you are satisfied with the condition and specification of the vehicle, please complete the hand-over process and enjoy your new wheels!
