Your Vehicle Order |  | The length of time between ordering your vehicle and its delivery date will depend on whether it’s being factory-built or whether it is already in stock at the dealership: | If your vehicle is a factory build, it can take around 6-12 weeks to reach the dealer. (this varies between manufacturers) If your vehicle is in stock, the process is much quicker and you are likely to be driving it within three weeks. |

Proof of Identity |  | You should have already received an email asking you to submit a copy of your Driving Licence Photocard. If you’ve not already done so you can upload your Driving Licence here: | | We may also require a current utility bill, dated within the last 90 days. I’ll let you know if we need this. |

Road Tax and Insurance |  | Most of our lease vehicles include road tax for the full duration of the lease agreement.
Certain lease contracts may only include the first year’s road tax - if you are unsure which applies to your lease vehicle feel free to ask me. If you have chosen one of our Fuel & Go vehicles, insurance is also included.
Otherwise, you will have to provide proof of your fully comprehensive insurance. |

Finance Documents |  | Once we have your ID, we’ll raise your agreement paperwork and you’ll receive an email from our sales support team with instructions on how to complete this. When you receive your documents, please ensure you sign them as quickly as possible to ensure that we have completely locked in your price to protect you against any price increases. |

Delivery |  | There may be a 14-day cooling off-period which begins once your agreement has been signed. We cannot deliver your vehicle until this time has passed.
Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date can change - our team will keep you informed if this happens.
Please do not arrange to get rid of your current vehicle until we’ve given you a confirmed delivery date. | Vehicle deliveries are offered Monday to Friday, during office hours.
Your delivery driver will contact you one hour before arrival, to let you know that they are nearby.
Your new vehicle will be driven to you, unless you’ve paid to upgrade to trailer delivery.
If you are a business customer, please be aware that for regulated businesses, only the hirer named on the agreement or application form can accept delivery of the vehicle and sign the handover delivery note. |

Introducing - Look After My Car |  |  | Leasing Options run a membership-only online club called Look After My Car.
It’s there to provide peace of mind to our customers; as a member you’ll get access to services including GAP Insurance, Tyre and Alloy Insurance and SMART Insurance.
Once you have your vehicle, you’ll be able to choose one of these services to trial for THREE MONTHS, ABSOLUTELY FREE.
We will send out details of this once we have a confirmed delivery-date for your car, but in the meantime you can find out more HERE. |

Sales Support Team |  | We have a dedicated sales support team who will be involved in every step of the journey from ordering your vehicle right the way through to delivery.
They will shortly be sending your finance documents to you and once your vehicle is in stock, we will arrange delivery.
